Ken Seeley Addresses His Eating Disorder Using 12 Steps

The 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous are not simply a way to quit drinking. Rather, they are 12 steps that when implemented on an ongoing basis result in a new way of life. It would make sense, then, that these 12 steps can be used for any unmanageable behavior.
Ken Seeley has been in recovery for over 19 years. He has decided now to start a video blog that will document the progress he makes as he deals with his eating disorder using the 12 steps.

Check back often for updates on Ken's progress.

Wow - this really spoke to me. The fatigue and emotion I could hear in your voice hit me with tremendous force. I have been there, I am there, and I am tired, too. Interested in any updates since this first post? Will they be posted here? Thanks

yeah! where is it posted? i can't find it on the i911 website. i can see you are losing the weight from your twitter updates, but i MUST see how you are using the 12 steps. i'm an AA member and recently went to an OA meeting, and i have several AA friends who do CEA-HOW, but i would love to know what your process is in dealing with this nasty problem. by the way, i have eaten half a box of chocolates, some bread and goat cheese, pasta, stir-fry, and 8 clementines while watching intervention this evening. :)
